At Rory’s Closet, every order is made with love and care. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All custom and personalized items
  • Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
