• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rory’s Closet is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
